Ingredients

  • Organic plant protein blend (25.725 g): organic pea protein 25.625 g, organic hemp protein 100 mg
  • Other ingredients: organic vanilla flavor powder, organic Himalayan salt, organic stevia extract, organic citric acid
  • Added vitamins and minerals: listed individually in the table below

The blend weights are ingredient amounts, not grams of protein. Pea protein powder is not 100% protein, which is why 25.6 g of pea protein ingredient gives 20 g of protein on the label.

What the label tells you

  • It is a pea protein powder with a little hemp. Hemp is 100 mg of a 29 g scoop, so do not buy it for hemp content.
  • It is sweetened, but sugar-free. Stevia is the only sweetener listed, and total sugars are 0 g.
  • Sodium is noticeable. 349 mg per scoop is 14% of the Daily Value, partly from the Himalayan salt.
  • The fortification is broad. If you already take a multivitamin, check the overlap, especially B12, biotin, chromium and vitamin E, which are above 100% DV.

What the published COA adds

LiveGood also publishes a Certificate of Analysis for one production lot. It lists pea protein "by input", which means the amount added during manufacturing, and shows a tested 105 mg of hemp protein against the 100 mg label claim. A COA covers one batch only. It is not organic certification and does not prove health benefits.
